Julian is a husband, proud father of two, the co-owner of The Yard Fitness, an established fitness writer, a professional natural bodybuilder, and powerlifter. He began strength training at the young age of fourteen to improve his sports performance and hasn't looked back since. After finishing college, he began pursuing his career as a personal trainer. With over a decade of personal experience in strength training, he has helped numerous clients achieve fitness and weight loss goals since 2008.
